Portal
Portal is the workspace for people who read and write documents. It contains only home, documents, runner requests with run results, and invitation acceptance, without developer menus.
Home
Home shows your projects, favorite documents, and recently updated documents.
- Select a project to open its document list.
- Select a document title to open its detail view.
Find documents
Open All documents in the sidebar to see the document list.
- Favorites shows only starred documents.
- Shared by me shows only the documents you have opened up to others.
- Picking a tag in the Tags tree filters the list to that tag.
- Linked plans on a document detail shows titles and statuses only, without navigating to plan details.
New-document and edit menus appear only with write permission. Projects joined as read-only show the list and detail views only.
Ask a runner
On a document detail, the runner button hands document work to a runner. Requests from document users are accepted in plan mode, with a notice that the shared runner is plan-mode-only.
Results of requested work are under My runs. Only runs you requested are listed, and each detail centers on the execution log.
Accept an invitation
A document-grade invitation link opens in Portal. When signed out, the web authorization screen signs you in and returns you to the acceptance screen. Select Accept to join the project and move to the Portal home.
